Your spot can only be confirmed once you have paid your deposit or for the full pass amount to secure it.

Please email or whatsapp directly a confirmation of your transaction (with screenshot) once you have paid your deposit or the full amount (otherwise it can take up to 3 days to process and I won’t know that you have transferred it in time!). Please do not send any screenshots via Instagram or Facebook messenger as it may not be picked up.

Once the first 10 passes have been sold, I will let you know as soon as possible and I will announce it on social media. If you decide to transfer your deposit or full payment after the first 10 passes are sold, your full pass will then cost £269 instead. You will have the option to a refund of your deposit. Alternatively, you can use your deposit to be on the list for our next 10 passes at the new price.

Please note that all payments (deposits or full amounts) are non-refundable if you decide to cancel your pass or can no longer attend our event. They can however be transferred to another dancer, but you will need to notify us of this change before 15th January 2025.

The only instance where all payments are refundable is in the event of the course being cancelled due to unforeseen or emergency circumstances.

Please note that your full pass does not include the dinner on Saturday night, food and drink at the hafla or guest hafla tickets. Any guests you would like to bring who are not on the course will need to purchase a separate hafla ticket that will be available later on.

Your full pass does not include any accommodation or travel.

With any physical activity, there can be a risk of accident and injury. Although Darina will demonstrate each move with safety as an integral part of the course, neither Diva Darina or Sureya Bellydance are liable for any personal injury that may be obtained as a result of joining this course.

Please inform Sureya Bellydance in writing of any injuries or medical conditions you may have prior to the intensive.

Hafla performance slots are available and will automatically be allocated to our VIP pass holders. There are also a limited amount of slots left for non- VIP pass holders, but these will be reserved on a first come first serve basis.

*IMPORTANT – if you are taking the option of a payment plan and you miss the payment deadline for any future instalments, we will have the right to cancel your pass. Any payments or deposits you have made up until then will be non-refundable if you have missed a payment deadline and could result in you losing your spot.

By transferring your deposit or full payment, this is taken as confirmation that you have read our terms and conditions and have agreed to each point.
